This Returns Policy is for Mixmetric LTD (doing business as Ergometric)
At Ergometric we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- All return requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following office furniture items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom made, personalised or bespoke designed furniture.
- Assembled or modified furniture.
- Furniture that has been in use or shows signs of wear and tear.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@ergometric.co.uk to request a return.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your return request.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return label if applicable.
4. Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
- If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original method of payment.
- If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of [X]% may apply to returns for reasons other than product defects or errors on our part.
